Polish School of Trainers is one of the flagship projects of AEGEE-Poznań. It is a three-day training cycle, which prepares participants to conduct their own workshops and work with the group. The project aimed at students and university graduates from all over Poland, who are interested in coaching topic. Every year the participants learn about issues related to: training process, coping with stress, public speaking, self-presentation and knowledge about group management.

Main goal of training is development, that’s why participants take part in various simulations, and case study. Their work is supervise by the mentors, who are determined to resolve any attendees doubts. The workshops, which are conducted by professionals with thoughtful training program, allow participants to acquire knowledge quickly. All the magic happens in a nice and supporting atmosphere.
The completion of training is validated by a certificate, which confirms the acquired skills.
